Discipline

Structural Execution

From foundations to roof slabs — reinforced concrete, masonry, and load-bearing systems built to drawing and to spec.

Why this matters

Our position.

The structure is the part that costs you the most to fix later. A finish defect can be sanded and repainted; a column hairline crack cannot. We treat structural execution as the package that defines the building, and we hold it directly — no labour-only contractors, no subcontracted RCC.

Scope of Works

What this discipline covers.

  • Excavation, footings, and substructure works
  • RCC columns, beams, and slabs
  • Load-bearing and shear-wall masonry
  • Quality control with cube testing and rebar audits

Approach

How we deliver.

Our delivery commitments specific to this discipline. These are part of the agreement, not just intent.

  1. 01Site engineer present from first excavation to last slab pour
  2. 02Daily progress reports against the schedule in Annexure E of your agreement
  3. 03Pre-pour rebar audit signed by the site engineer and the consulting structural engineer (where applicable)
  4. 04Concrete mix design submitted before the first pour and adhered to throughout

Materials & Standards

What we specify.

We name vendors so you can verify them. Substitutions require a written variation order from your end.

  • OPC 53-grade cement from approved manufacturers — vendor selected per project against verified mill test certificates
  • Fe 500D thermo-mechanically treated rebar from primary steel mills, sourced against mill test certificates
  • M25 / M30 concrete mix per structural design — ready-mix on site, or batched on-site for access-restricted plots
  • ISI-marked clay bricks, water-absorption tested per IS 1077

Quality Controls

How we verify.

Every check produces a record that goes into your project file. You can ask for any of them at any point.

  • Cube testing: 3 cubes per pour, tested at 7, 14, and 28 days
  • Slump test before every concrete pour
  • Rebar diameter and spacing audit before formwork closure
  • Tamping density and curing log maintained for 14 days post-pour
